MIB is pleased to announce that from 29th June 2020 you’ll be able to submit your electronic claims under the Untraced Drivers Agreement. Therefore, we won’t be able to accept paper claim forms from 29th June 2020.
To make a paperless claim, please select either: claiming against an uninsured driver or claiming against an untraced driver, so you can register with us in order to submit your claim. Once your claim is submitted, you will receive an MIB reference number which you can then use in all future communications with MIB for that claim.
Please note, this process is only for claims submitted directly to MIB under these agreements, all other applications pursued by a legal organisation via the MOJ portal should continue via that channel.
We are continuing work on you being able to submit electronically, any claims under the Cross-Border agreement. Please keep referring to our website for up to date information on the status of this release.
